Growing up with her Sicilian American dad being a chef and her Filipino Chinese mom working in a 5-star hotel, Marissa knew that was destined to join the hospitality industry. Marissa developed her career and skills working across the restaurants of BR Guest Hospitality including the award-winning Blue Water Grill and Atlantic Grill Lincoln Center, where she first became acquainted with Chef Jonathan Benno. Before joining the Leonelli Family, Marissa also worked in Toronto at the Shangri-la Hotel as the Lobby Lounge and Bar Manager. What really motivates her and makes her love this industry is how she can create a unique dining experience and lasting memories for each guest through food, atmosphere, service, and care.
